Financing

Bachert & Partner provides support in a wide range of financing

The new legal framework conditions (including Basel III) and the toughened nature of the credit institutes' rating systems are making it difficult for companies, especially those with low levels of equity, to gain access to loan capital. Alternative financing instruments such as factoring, leasing, sale & leaseback as well as mezzanine funds are now taking centre stage.

At the same time, it is also frequently the case that the internal financing potentials in companies are not made full use of: High receivables inventories, stocks or capital tied up in fixed assets are not compensated for with a corresponding cash flow.

The basis of our financing projects is consistently provided by an efficient concept in which the use of funds and return flows are shown in transparent form. With our planning expertise, which is recognised by banks and investors, we provide strong figures and forecasts. On this basis we are able to derive the necessary financing modules in a structured manner and secure the appropriate investors.

Depending on the task at hand, whether it is during phases of growth, in special situations (restructuring, succession planning) or for individual investment decisions, Bachert & Partner is able to draw on a wide range of instruments and has an established network with potential financing partners. For added support, we make use of government funding as well as liquidity and equity loan programmes such as those offered by the KfW (German Development Bank) and guarantee banks.
