Responsibility for contents

The contents of these web pages were created with the greatest of care. We are nonetheless unable to accept any liability for their accuracy, completeness or topicality. As the service provider we are responsible for the content on these pages according to the general legal regulations pursuant to § 7, section 1, TMG (German Telemedia Act). According to §§ 8 to 10 of the TMG, however, we are not obliged to monitor or research any third-party information that is either saved or transferred or to investigate any circumstances that may refer to an illegal activity. Obligations to remove or bar the use of information in accordance with general legislation remain unaffected by this. Any liability in this respect is however only possible from the point at which the service provider is made aware of an actual legal offence. As soon as we become aware of any relevant legal infringements we will remove such content immediately.

Liability for links

Our website contains links to external third-party sites, over the contents of which we have no influence. We are therefore unable to accept any responsibility for such third-party contents. The relevant provider or operator is responsible for the contents of the linked sites at all times. At the time that the link was created, the contents of the linked pages were checked for any possible legal infringements. No illegal contents were evident at that time. In the absence of any specific grounds for suspicion of legal infringements, keeping a permanent check on the contents of linked pages is untenable. As soon as we are made aware of any legal infringements, we shall immediately remove the relevant links.

Copyright

All contents and material on these pages produced by the website operators are subject to German Copyright Law. Any reproduction, editing or distribution, and any kind of utilization beyond the copyright restrictions, requires the written consent of the relevant author and/or producer. Downloading or copying any of these pages is permitted only for private, non-commercial use. Insofar as the contents of this page were not compiled by the operator, the copyrights of third parties are respected. In particular, the contents of third parties will be identified as such. If you become aware of any copyright infringement in spite of this, we kindly ask you for the corresponding notification. Should any such legal violations become known to us, we will remove such contents immediately.

Data protection

The use of our website is normally possible without the provision of personal data. Insofar as personal data (e.g. name and postal or email address) are collected on our web pages, as far as possible, this always takes place on a voluntary basis. This data will not be forwarded to third parties without your express approval.

We explicitly state that the transfer of data in the internet (e.g. with communication via email) may involve a security risk. It is not possible to fully protect such data from being accessed by third parties.

The use of contact data by third parties which has been published on the basis of the obligation to provide general legal information, as well as the sending of advertisements and information that has not been expressly requested, is hereby prohibited. In the event of the unsolicited sending of promotional information, in the form of spam emails, for example, the operators of the web pages expressly reserve the right to take legal action.

Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses cookies, which are small text files that are stored on your device in order to analyse your behaviour on our website. The resulting data about your behaviour on our website will generally be sent to a Google server in the USA and be stored there. In the case of active IP anonymisation on this website your IP address will be shortened in member states of the European Union or other contracting countries of the European trade agreements. Only in exceptional cases will the IP be sent to Google servers in the USA and shortened there. As ordered by the operator of this website, Google will use this information to process your website behaviour in order to create reports about your website activities and to provide further services in the context of website usage and internet usage offered to the website operator. The IP address transmitted by your browser within the scope of Google Analytics shall not be combined with any other data from Google. You can prevent the storage of cookies by making an appropriate setting in your browser software; please note, however, that in this case you might not be able to use all of this website’s functions to their fullest extent. In addition, you can prevent the data generated by the cookie and relating to your use of the website (incl. your IP address) from being gathered for Google or processed by Google by downloading the browser plugin provided under the following link and installing it: (http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de)

Further information on the conditions of use and date protection is also available at http://www.google.com/analytics/terms/de.html and also at http://www.google.com/intl/de/analytics/privacyoverview.html. We also kindly point out that on this website, Google Analytics has been enhanced with the "gat._anonymizeIp();" code in order to ensure an anonymous gathering of IP addresses (this is known as IP masking).
