You will work in project teams of 3-6 people on one or more projects at the same time. What you should bring along?
We are looking for students who are already in the third semester of their Bachelor's degree program (with a focus on economics, law, engineering, mathematics and business informatics), have very good grades, enjoy solution-oriented, analytical work, have a professional appearance and have an affinity for consulting in the restructuring, insolvency and M&A environment. Initial relevant professional experience is welcome, but is not a prerequisite for a successful application. You should be available for at least ten weeks full-time for an internship. For the working student position, we prefer you to be able to work up to 20 hours per week over a period of at least six months.

Training concept
The working environment in consulting is demanding and diverse, no two projects are alike and new challenges arise every day. We do not expect you to automatically have the specific knowledge and competence to master these situations perfectly from the outset, which goes beyond your previous activities. For this reason, bachert&partner offers a largely internal training program with which your soft skills (presentation, appearance, communication), hard skills (restructuring concept, integrated budget, IDW legal situation, company valuations, etc.) and tool handling (LucaNet, various Excel tools, etc.) are sharpened with some well-known speakers.If required, it is possible to deepen the standard training courses through targeted training, presentation of current and relevant practical topics as well as individual or external training. In addition to outstanding performance, we always require a minimum of participation in the training courses offered. Depending on your personal ambitions, we also support the acquisition of additional postgraduate qualifications (Master's, MBA, PhD, etc.).
