Thomas Schäffer graduated in industrial engineering with a focus on mechanical engineering. Before joining bachert&partner in 2013, he worked in project management at Lufthansa in Tokyo and at the medium-sized pump manufacturer KSB AG. He has diverse experience from more than 60 projects with a high analytical and conceptual demand. In particular, he has many years of expertise in the implementation of pragmatic controlling tools suitable for medium-sized companies. He has been a partner since 2022.

Thomas Schäffer is married and lives as an exiled Palatine in Stuttgart.
