Helge Hoffmann, Partner (Frankfurt)

"The successful restructuring of companies today requires an overarching "toolbox", ranging from M&A transactions, out-of-court restructuring concepts or the creative use of insolvency mechanisms to the (new) pre-insolvency restructuring framework." 

Helge Hoffmann has been a partner at b&p for 20 years and is responsible for the development and implementation of sophisticated restructuring concepts. The main focus of his work is the solution of restructuring situations according to the standards IDW S 6 and the BGH, but also the accompanying evaluation of insolvency-related concepts and the implementation of protective shield/insolvency plans. 

Prior to b&p, Helge Hoffmann worked for one of the leading German management consultancies. As a graduate industrial engineer, Helge Hoffmann combines both business and technical expertise. 

Helge Hoffmann is married, has three children and lives in the Bergstrasse region of Hessen.
