bachert&partner accompanies investor search for STIMIT AG

Brief announcement on the takeover of STIMIT by Dräger

bachert&partner accompanied the management of STIMIT AG with a team around Dr. Volker Hamm and Lukas Rein in the context of the investor search with business management issues. With the sale of the majority shares to Drägerwerk AG & Co. KGaA, the transaction was successfully completed. Dräger is expanding its portfolio in the field of lung-protecting ventilation. By gaining an international partner, STIMIT can concentrate on the further development of the product and the creation of clinical evidence.

bachert&partner developed a convincing business plan in a short time and supported the management of STIMIT during the due diligence by the potential investors.

"bachert&partner made a significant contribution to the success of the financing round by providing quick and effective support in the preparation of the business plan and documentation as well as during the investor discussions," says Ronja Müller-Bruhn, founder and CEO of STIMIT AG.
