With the sale of the majority shares to Drägerwerk AG & Co. KGaA, the transaction was successfully completed. Dräger is expanding its portfolio in the field of lung-protecting ventilation. By gaining an international partner, STIMIT can concentrate on the further development of the product and the creation of clinical evidence.
